• Reservations should be at least two weeks in the future.  Reservations made less than 3 days to travel will have a $20 fee withheld.

• This is just a deposit. Room availability will need to be confirmed. Do not book airfare until you receive confirmation.

• We will contact you be email or phone if accommodations are not available to discuss options.

• Your deposit will be refunded 100% if we can't meet your travel needs.

• Keep in mind for all-inclusive fees; adults are anyone above the age of 12. Children are for ages 3-11.

• All-inclusive fees are required at most properties and must be paid at check-in (optional in villas).

• One night rate is due as a deposit on the room fee alone unless this is a special package that requires 100%.

• You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 to 48 hours confirming your reservation; this is because we need to get a confirmation in writing from the resort to assure your accommodation is done as requested.

• After your reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged for the balance of the room reservation.

• Failure to pay the balance within 5 days of your booking confirmation will result in a cancelation.

• Once you book your airfare you need to forward us your flight information at least ten days before arrival if you are pre-paying for ground transportation to the resort.

• Notify us immediately of any schedule changes required.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Reservation you must write to us by email as soon as possible. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive confirmation in writing via email from you.

• Reservations cancelled forty five(45) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge from the total reservation amount.

• Reservations cancelled between thirty (30) to forty five (45) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge from the total reservation amount.

• Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) prior to the date of arrival will forfeit any and all amounts paid in its entirety.

• Please note that there are no refunds for early check-outs and “no shows”.
