
Booking Process
1. Choose Accommodations
Choose the room that fits your vacation needs at least two weeks in the future. Any bookings made within 3 days of travel will be cancelled with a $20 processing fee withheld. All properties except Villas require a separate all-inclusive fee paid upon check-in to the resort.
2. Fill out Reservation Form
Complete your info and choose the reservation dates. Keep in mind adults are anyone above the age of 12. Children are for ages 3-11.
3. Complete Deposit
After you submit your Reservation Form, a one night stay deposit will be charged to your credit card. Upon confirmation of availability, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card automatically. Deposit will be refunded 100% if desired accommodation is not available.

4. Await Final Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 to 48 hours confirming your reservation; this is because we need to get a confirmation in writing from the resort to assure your accommodation is done as requested. Please do not purchase any airplane tickets before you receive this confirmation.
5. Book Airfare if Needed
Once you receive confirmation from us, you can shop for the best airfare available anywhere online (we recommend Kayak.com or Google Flights). Once you book your airfare you need to forward us your flight information at least ten days before arrival if you are pre-paying for ground transportation to the resort.
6. Check-In and Enjoy!
Once you arrive at the airport, a Lifestyle representative will be waiting for you in order to transport you and your party to the resort (if ordered). Once you get there, you simply check in, pay the all-inclusive and resort fees and you will be provided with your VIP bracelets. And then… enjoy!
